Mystic River Site Improvements Phase 2 REBID

Background
The Somerville Housing Authority is inviting sealed bids from contractors for the Concrete Walkway Site Improvements (Phase 2) REBID at State Aided Development: Mystic River (200-2) in Somerville, Massachusetts. The project is in accordance with the documents prepared by GCG ASSOCIATES, INC. The work is estimated to cost $375,000.00 and is subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Work Details
The project includes the removal and reconstruction of concrete walkways, handicap ramps and railings, curbing, installation of stamped bituminous asphalt, installation of new granite curbing, and all other work as specified throughout the development.

Period of Performance
Bids for general bids are to be submitted online by 04/19/2024 at 12:00PM EDT.
General bids will be received until 25 April 2024 on 11:00AM EDT and publicly opened online, forthwith.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at State Aided Development: Mystic River (200-2) in Somerville, Massachusetts.
