Background
The MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA) is seeking proposals for information technology services to support its mission of providing efficient transit solutions.
This contract aims to enhance MWRTA's operational capabilities through advanced technology and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include:
1. Transit technology support;
2. IT infrastructure management;
3. Cybersecurity and compliance services;
4. Technology planning and integration;
5. Safety and regulatory support;
6. Grant and capital project IT assistance.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, for a duration of three years, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions at MWRTA's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority's facilities located at 15 Blandin Ave, Framingham, MA 01702.

Bidder Requirements
Proposals must comply with funding requirements from the United States Department of Transportation, the Federal Transit Administration, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
