MWRA Contract No. 8061 RFP Installation of Heat Pumps at MWRA Plants

Background
The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is seeking proposals for the installation of heat pumps at various MWRA plants. This initiative falls under the agency's mission to manage water resources effectively and sustainably. The goal of this contract is to enhance energy efficiency and operational performance at the specified facilities.

Work Details
The work includes the design and installation of heat pump equipment at the following locations:

- New Neponset Wastewater Pump Station in Canton, MA
- Newton St. Pump Station in Brookline, MA
- Wachusett Dam Lower Gatehouse in Clinton, MA

The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary tools, materials, labor, skills, and supervision required for the installation of the heat pumps.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a timeframe that aligns with project completion requirements as specified in the proposal documents. Proposals are due by December 18, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at three locations:
