Background

Bidder Requirements
General Bidders must possess a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for either Sewage and Water Treatment Plants or Mechanical Systems.

Each Filed Sub-Bid must also include a current Certificate of Eligibility from DCAMM for public construction projects. Additionally, bidders are required to submit an Update Statement with their bids.
