MVY RFQ 2024-06 OPM Airport Terminal Enhancements

Background
The Martha’s Vineyard Airport Commission is seeking qualified parties to provide Owner's Project Manager (OPM) Services for the enhancements of the Martha's Vineyard Airport Terminal.
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective programming, feasibility studies, construction document preparation, and oversight during the construction phase.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services:
1. Programming and feasibility analysis for the terminal enhancements.
2. Preparation of construction documents necessary for the project.
3. Oversight of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon selection and may extend through the duration of the project, which is expected to be defined in the detailed specifications provided in the RFQ package.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Martha's Vineyard Airport, located at 71 Airport Road, West Tisbury, MA 02575.
