Background
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trial Court, through the Office of Court Management, is seeking to establish contracts with qualified vendors for Catering Services, Conference Space, and Hotel Accommodations. This initiative aims to support the Judicial Branch's operational needs by providing essential services for various events and meetings across Massachusetts.

The contract will create a master agreement that allows multiple vendors to be engaged for specific events as required by different departments within the Judicial Branch.

Work Details
The contract encompasses three categories of services:
1) General Catering and Food Delivery Services, which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks;
2) Conference Space with Catering Services available, which includes rental of conference centers or spaces that may also offer catering;
3) Hotel Room Accommodation Rates with Conference Space and Catering Services available.

Vendors must provide detailed pricing for each service category they wish to bid on, including menu options and capacity details for conference spaces.

Period of Performance
The initial duration of the contract will be three years, starting from October 15, 2025, and expiring on October 31, 2028. This is a rolling enrollment procurement allowing responses at any time during the contract term.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed throughout Massachusetts at various locations as determined by the needs of the Trial Court and other eligible Judicial Branch entities.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a minimum of two years of experience in their respective service category and possess a current license from their municipal board of health to serve food. They must also be registered on COMMBUYS to respond to this bid.

Additionally, bidders are required to provide a Prompt Payment Discount unless they can demonstrate that offering such a discount would be unduly burdensome.
