Moving Project - Woburn

Background
The Massachusetts Department of Revenue, Office of Facilities Management (OFM), is seeking quotes for a two-location move project aimed at relocating office items and disposing of certain equipment. The project is scheduled for May 30, 2025, and involves moving items from Woburn to Chelsea, Massachusetts.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Pickup at 100 Trade Center, Woburn, MA 01888:
- 1 x 8 ft. table
- 1 x 6 ft. whiteboard
- 7 chairs

2. Delivery to 200 Arlington Street, Chelsea MA (MITC building) which includes disposal of:
- 1 x 55" monitor
- 1 x metal AV cart

3. Disposal items at the second location include:
- MITC Chelsea 1C:
- 1 x 6ft conference table
- 26 rolling chairs
- 3 plastic bins of miscellaneous trash
- 1 x 14 CU fridge
- 3 x 8ft metal shelves
- 86 x 4x8 particle board sheets
- 3 bins of metal rails
- Recycle barrels
- 1 pulldown screen in box
- MITC DIB:
- 16 x 3x5 metal folding tables
- 2 hand carts
- 1 large metal slicer table
- 1 tabletop metal slicer
- 1 x 6x8 lighted table
- 4 metal stools
- 2 metal tables
- 1 mail sorter
- 1 acrylic nesting cube set
- 8 wooden pallets
- Box of keyboards.

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to take place on May 30, 2025, starting at approximately 8:00 AM.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two locations: the pickup site at 100 Trade Center, Woburn, MA and the delivery site at MITC building, located at 200 Arlington Street, Chelsea, MA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a walk-through tour of the disposal items on May 20th at the second location. Proposals must include labor rates for drivers and helpers as well as vehicle rates. Each job estimate must comply with Prevailing Wage Rates. Vendors may need to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and must submit a certified payroll record prior to payment authorization by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
