MMP-26 - Fire Alarm Maintenance Contract - Surplus Property Maintenance Building, Northborough, MA

Background
The Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is issuing a solicitation for a Fire Alarm Maintenance Contract for the Surplus Property Maintenance Building located in Northborough, MA.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of fire alarm and protection systems within the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a preventive maintenance contract that includes: testing, inspection, repair, replacement, and emergency and incidental extra services for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment as well as Fire Protection Systems and Equipment.

This comprehensive service aims to maintain operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.

Period of Performance
The project is scheduled for 1,095 calendar days to substantial completion, with three one-year option terms available thereafter.
