MMP-13 - Electrical Equipment Preventive Maintenance Contract, Northborough, MA

Background
The Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is issuing a solicitation for an Electrical Equipment Preventive Maintenance Contract.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of electrical equipment at the Surplus Property Maintenance Building located in Northborough, MA.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract that includes: testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repairs, requested emergency services, and incidental extra services for all electrical equipment.

This contract is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M.

Period of Performance
The project is scheduled for 1,095 calendar days to substantial completion, with three one-year option terms available.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Surplus Property Maintenance Building located at 187 Lyman Street, Northborough, MA.
