Background
The Massachusetts Port Authority is issuing this contract for the rehabilitation of Terminal B/C, C, and C/E alleyways at Logan International Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. Work Details

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Buy American Certificate with all bids or offers on AIP funded projects. A proposal guaranty consisting of a bid deposit for five percent of the value of the bid is required. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price. Additionally, contractors with fifty or more employees must develop a written affirmative action compliance program within 120 days from contract commencement.
