Background
The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) was established as a Secretariat in 2023 by the Healey-Driscoll Administration. Its mission is to advance innovative solutions to provide safe, accessible, affordable, and environmentally sustainable housing for all residents in Massachusetts.

The goal of this contract is to find a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator Developer who can design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support EOHLC's objectives.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Completing the integration of the Salesforce system with Snowflake.
2. Developing a technical roadmap to replace or enhance aspects of current systems.
3. Designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.
4. Customizing Salesforce to meet business needs by developing workflows, process builders, triggers, and validation rules.
5. Integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
6. Performing all aspects of Salesforce administration including user management, security settings, data management, and automation of complex business processes.
7. Managing Salesforce environments including sandbox management and version control.
8. Monitoring data integrity through regular audits and managing data imports/exports.
9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
10. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.

Period of Performance
The engagement length is through June 30, 2025, with a project duration of over one year.

Place of Performance
The work is primarily remote with one day per week in-office attendance preferred on Tuesdays.
