Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for evaluating and repairing 24 non-functional cameras located in various buildings. The scope includes:

- Replacing cameras with a combination of 2MP and/or 5MP Hanwa camera systems or equivalent.
- Replacing cabling with compatible CAT6 cabling where necessary.

- Testing and commissioning the system in collaboration with a DMH representative.
- Scheduling all service work in advance with the Facilities Manager, adhering to facility requirements including privacy regulations and tool control protocols.
- Providing all necessary tools, parts, and equipment for servicing items under this contract, as well as disposing of waste materials in compliance with applicable laws.

The contract work is expected to commence after the bid deadline on February 27, 2026, with specific timelines to be determined during project planning.
