Description

DO NOT RESPOND IN COMMBUYS - Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of Corcoran Park Holding LLC, the Owner & Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Corcoran Park Drainage Project @1 Corcoran Ln, Camb, MA 02138. The project consists of remedial site repairs to replace storm drainage utilities and concrete foundations, with earthwork, cast in place concrete, concrete paving, asphalt paving, planting soils, lawns and seeding and steel handrails.
Background
The Cambridge Housing Authority, acting on behalf of Corcoran Park Holding LLC, is inviting sealed bids for the Corcoran Park Drainage Project located at 1 Corcoran Lane, Cambridge, MA 02138.

The project aims to address site repairs by replacing storm drainage utilities and concrete foundations as part of their mission to maintain and improve housing infrastructure.

Work Details
The project consists of the following work:
- Remedial site repairs to replace storm drainage utilities and concrete foundations
- Earthwork
- Cast in place concrete
- Concrete paving
- Asphalt paving
- Planting soils, lawns, and seeding
- Installation of steel handrails.

The estimated cost for the work is $300,000. All bids must comply with federal minimum wage rates as mandated by the Davis-Bacon Act.

Period of Performance
