INVITATION TO BID Cleaning Services for Hopedale Public Schools

Background
The Town of Hopedale, Massachusetts is seeking sealed bids for cleaning services at three public school facilities: Hopedale Junior Senior High School, Hopedale Memorial Elementary School, and Bright Beginnings Center. The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in these educational environments, ensuring a safe and healthy space for students and staff.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive cleaning services at the following locations:
1. Hopedale Junior Senior High School, 25 Adin Street
2. Hopedale Memorial Elementary School, 6 Prospect Street
3. Bright Beginnings Center, 6 Park Street

**Specific Services Include:**
- Daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, emptying wastebaskets, and sanitizing restrooms.
- Weekly tasks including deep cleaning of floors and sanitizing drinking coolers.
- Monthly and quarterly tasks like shampooing carpets and washing windows.
- Special attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches.
- Seasonal deep cleaning during school breaks including stripping and recoating floors.
- Provision of all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (except consumables like toilet paper which will be supplied by the schools).

**Personnel Requirements:**
- All personnel must be experienced cleaners with appropriate certifications. Supervisors must have strong communication skills.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and will continue through June 30, 2028.

Cleaning services will be performed at the following locations in Hopedale, Massachusetts:
