Description

In accordance with MGL c. 149, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a Contractor for the siding and roof renovation of the Cupola at the Franklin Historical Museum. Bid specifications can be downloaded from the Town website: https://franklinma.gov/bids.aspx
Background
The Town of Franklin intends to retain the services of a Contractor for the siding and roof renovation of the Cupola at the Franklin Historical Museum in accordance with MGL c. 149.
The goal of this contract is to restore and enhance the historical integrity of the museum's cupola.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing siding and trim from the cupola and the installation of new roof materials, siding, and trim as specified in the bid specifications.
The contractor will be compensated at contract unit bid prices which will cover all materials, labor, equipment, etc., necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.

Period of Performance
The contract is scheduled to be performed from June 23, 2025, to August 22, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Franklin Historical Museum located at 80 West Central Street, Franklin, MA 02038.
