IFB All Ages Playground System Town of Rehoboth

Background
The Town of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the construction of an all-ages playground system located at 27 Francis Farm Road.

Additionally, excavation of approximately 4,875 square feet up to a depth of six inches is required including removal and disposal of soil.

Period of Performance
The contractor must commence work on or before a date specified in a written 'Notice to Proceed' from the Town.

The contractor is required to fully complete the project within 160 consecutive calendar days thereafter.

The work will be performed at the site located at 27 Francis Farm Road in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
