Background
The Littleton Electric Light & Water Department (LELWD) is seeking qualified bidders for a window replacement project at their building, which also serves the Highway Department. This project is part of LELWD's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve their facilities located at 39 Ayer Road, Littleton, Massachusetts.

Work Details
The contract involves the replacement of windows at the LELWD and Highway Department's building. Bidders are required to submit a bid deposit equal to 5% of the total bid amount in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cashier’s check. Additionally, a payment bond equal to 50% of the total bid amount will be required for labor and materials under the contract.
