HVAC Services Bid for FY 2025-2026 with Potential Extension through FY 2028

Background
The Up Island Regional School District is seeking bids for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services to support the West Tisbury School and the Chilmark School. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper maintenance of HVAC systems for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, until June 30, 2026. There is potential for annual extensions through FY28 at the discretion of the District.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance services for both schools. This includes routine inspections, repairs, and necessary maintenance of heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and conclude on June 30, 2026. There is an option for annual extensions through FY28 based on the District's discretion.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mark Friedman, Chief Procurement Officer. The envelope should be labeled 'UIRSD HVAC Bid, 24-29' and delivered to 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 by June 11, 2025, before 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
