Hull Village Fire Station Renovation

Background
The Town of Hull is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Village Fire Station located at 129 Spring Street, Hull, MA 02045. The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the fire station through various renovations and upgrades. The estimated cost of the work is $1,300,000.

Work Details
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Replacement of existing siding, roofing, windows, and trim;
- Interior renovation;
- Construction of a new concrete apparatus slab;
- Renovations to existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural framing.

Bidder Requirements
General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in General Building Construction. They must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility along with a signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed Sub-Bidders must also be certified by DCAMM in specific trades (Roofing, Painting, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and provide a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility along with a signed DCAMM Sub-bidder’s Update Statement.
