Fy27 Computer Supply Bid

Background
The French River Education Center, Inc. is inviting sealed bids for computer supplies for the 2026-2027 school year on behalf of several school districts including Bay Path Regional Voc. Tech., Dudley/Charlton Regional, Oxford, and Webster.

The goal of this contract is to procure necessary computer supplies to support educational activities within these districts.

Work Details
The contract involves providing various computer supplies including USB flash drives, toner cartridges, and inkjet cartridges. Specific items required include:
- 15 units of USB Flash Drive - 64 GB
- Toner Cartridges from HP (various models) including:
- HP 89X Black Toner Cartridge (28 units)
- HP 148A Black Toner Cartridge (35 units)
- HP 202X Black, Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta Toner Cartridges (37 units each)
- HP 212X Laser Cartridges in Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and Black (3 units each)
- HP 410X Black, Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta Toner Cartridges (3 units each)
- Additional models such as Ricoh MP 6054 and Xerox 3250 Black Toner Cartridges (4 units each).

All products must meet specified quality standards with no substitutions allowed unless prior approval is obtained.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 21, 2026 to August 19, 2026. Deliveries must be completed by the specified date to ensure that the supplies are available for the start of the school year.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various school districts including Bay Path Regional Voc. Tech., Dudley/Charlton Regional, Oxford, and Webster located in Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a non-collusion form, tax compliance certificate, bid pricing form, W9 form, Certificate of Authority, and a lobbying document with their proposals.

Minority-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. Bids must be submitted in both hard copy and electronic format (CD or USB drive).
