Background
The FY26 Centerville Village Sewer Expansion Project – South Phase is issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, specifically the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. The work includes the construction of approximately 8,600 linear feet of PVC gravity sewer with diameters ranging from 8 inches to 15 inches. It also involves 150 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron (DI) gravity sewer and 4,000 linear feet of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) low-pressure sewers with diameters from 1.5 inches to 3 inches. This project will involve excavation, installation of piping systems, backfilling, and restoration of disturbed areas.

Bidder Requirements

Contractors are required to submit weekly payroll reports and a Statement of Compliance directly to the awarding authority. Additionally, all apprentices must be registered with the Massachusetts Division of Apprentice Standards (DAS).
