Background
Boston Prep Charter Public School (BPCPS) is a Commonwealth Public Charter School located at 885 River Street, Hyde Park, MA. The school serves a student body of approximately 700 and is seeking to enhance its security measures by procuring additional security cameras for its campus. This initiative aims to improve safety and monitoring capabilities within the school premises.

Work Details
The contract involves the installation of 16 additional security cameras: 14 Verkada CM42 256GB indoor cameras (or comparable models) and 2 Verkada CD42-E 256GB outdoor dome cameras (or comparable models). The installation process includes registering the cameras with the existing Verkada Security system, mounting them in designated locations as per the provided school map, and ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications and codes set by the City of Boston and the State of Massachusetts.

The contractor will be responsible for securing all necessary permits, scheduling inspections, and completing work primarily during regular hours (7 AM to 4 PM), with potential weekend or night work as needed. The project must be completed by June 30, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have been in business for a minimum of three years and have completed at least five contracts of similar size. They must be in good standing with the state of Massachusetts and DCAMM, not listed on any state or federal debarment list. All bidders and subcontractors must be OSHA trained and certified.

A non-collusion form, tax compliance certification, debarment certification, bid pricing sheet, and references are required as part of the submission.
