FY24 CDBG Grant Administration

Background
The Town of Wareham, through its Town Administrator, is seeking a professional firm or team to provide Grant Administration Services for the implementation of activities funded by a FY 2024 Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant (MCDBG) Mini-entitlement grant from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC).

The goal of this contract is to effectively manage and administer various community development programs aimed at improving housing and social services in the town.

Work Details
The approved grant activities include:
1. Wareham Housing Rehabilitation Program (8 units);
2. The Family Pantry (Damien’s Place) Public Social Service Program;
3. Wareham Area Committee for the Homeless (Turning Point) Public Social Service Program;
4. The Greater Attleboro Taunton Regional Transit Authority (GATRA) Public Social Service Program;
5. Evergreen House, Inc.;
6. Community Youth Empowerment, Inc. (CYE) Public Social Service Program;
7. Buzzard Bay Coalition Public Social Service Program.

The Town requires the services of a Community Development Programs Manager, a Programs Coordinator, and a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist to assist in the administration and implementation of these grant activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on October 22, 2024, when the RFP/Q is made available, and responses must be received by November 6, 2024.
