Furnish And Installation Of Level 3 Ev Charging Stations

Background
The City of Watertown is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Bituminous Concrete and Related Materials in accordance with M.G.L. c30B.
The goal of this contract is to procure materials necessary for city projects, with the potential for multiple vendors to be awarded contracts.
The contract will have a one-year term with two additional one-year options for renewal.

Work Details
The scope of services includes the delivery and pickup of Bituminous Concrete and related materials as specified in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).
Deliveries will be made to the City of Watertown Department of Public Works located at 124 Orchard Street, Watertown MA 02472.
The materials must adhere to MassDOT material specifications M1.03.0, M2.01.0, M2.01.1, M2.01.2, and M2.01.4.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year, with options for two additional one-year renewals at the discretion of the City.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the City of Watertown Department of Public Works located at 124 Orchard Street, Watertown MA 02472.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience providing similar services and must be located within specified distances from the DPW:
vendors providing highlighted materials must be within a 25-mile radius, while those providing unhighlighted items must be within a 35-mile radius.
