Background
The Needham Housing Authority, located in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking contractors for a project related to the Special Needs 689-01, Matthews House Development. The goal of this contract is to enhance the accessibility and functionality of the housing facility by replacing exterior doors.

Work Details
The project consists of the removal and replacement of three (3) exterior doors. The specific tasks include:
1. Removal and replacement of Door 1: Hinged front entry door and sidelight at upper level, including the provision of a new automatic opener.
2. Removal and replacement of Door 2: Sliding door at lower level.
3. Removal and replacement of Door 3: Hinged door at lower level.
