Background
The Southborough Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from Contractors for the Elderly 667-01 Colonial Gardens Development in Southborough, Massachusetts. The goal of this contract is to update the common entrances of seven buildings within the development.

Work Details
The project consists of updating four common entrances across all seven buildings, totaling twenty-eight entrances. The specific tasks include:

- Removing and replacing existing VCT flooring and vinyl stair treads.
- Patching and/or repairing damaged gypsum wall board.
- Repainting walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Removing and replacing vinyl wall base with new vinyl wall base.
- Adding new plastic corner guards.
- Installing new reducer strips where required for new flooring.
- Removing and replacing existing surface-mounted lights with LED energy-efficient fixtures.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed by April 3rd, 2025.

The work will be performed at the Colonial Gardens Development located at 49 Boston Road, Southborough, MA 01772.
