Background
The Billerica Housing Authority, as the Awarding Authority, is seeking written quotes from Contractors for the McCullough Congregate Special Needs Development located in Billerica, Massachusetts.

The project aims to enhance the facilities by replacing existing exterior patio doors to improve accessibility and aesthetics.

Work Details
The project consists of the replacement of two (2) exterior patio door and transom units with new fiberglass sliding glass doors.

The existing openings will be infilled to accommodate a reduced overall unit height. Additionally, the work includes replacing and staining existing shingles in specified areas as indicated on the drawings, and staining new shingles to match the existing ones.
