Background
The Town of Stoughton is seeking proposals from qualified pyrotechnic professional contractors to provide a fireworks display for the July 2025 celebration. The contract will be for one year, with two additional one-year options to renew at the Town's discretion. The Town has budgeted a maximum amount of $27,500 for this event.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a pyrotechnic display at the Wilkins School Athletic Complex in Stoughton, MA. Key requirements include:

1. Fireworks must be deployed from the specified location with safety measures discussed with the Fire Chief prior to the event.
2. The display should last a minimum of 20-25 minutes and include a variety of shells and colors, culminating in a grand finale featuring loud salutes and exotic shells.
3. A detailed display report/chart must be submitted with the proposal, including sizes and quantities of shells.
4. The contractor is responsible for all necessary permits and must coordinate with local authorities at least five weeks before the event.
5. Cleanup is essential to ensure no unspent shells remain on-site, requiring a walkthrough with a designated town employee after the event.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with potential extensions for two additional years based on performance and Town discretion.
