Fire Alarm System Upgrade project at State Aided Development: Sheep Pasture Road (689-1

Background
The Southwick Housing Authority is issuing a solicitation for the Fire Alarm System Upgrade project at State Aided Development located at 212 Sheep Pasture Road, Southwick, MA 01077. This project aims to modernize the fire alarm system in a one-story congregate housing building, replacing the existing system with a new addressable control panel and devices. The project is estimated to cost $40,088.00 and is being conducted under MGL c.149 for projects under $50K.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Replacement of the existing fire alarm system with a new addressable control panel and devices.
2. All labor and materials necessary for the completion of the project as per specifications provided by Hesnor Engineering Associates, PLLC.

The work must comply with all applicable laws and regulations including minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H.

Period of Performance
