Fire Alarm Inspection, Testing, Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repairs

Background
The Massachusetts Trial Court, through its Office of Court Management and Facilities Management & Capital Planning, is seeking contractors for the Fire Alarm Inspection, Testing, Preventative Maintenance, and Emergency Repairs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and functionality of fire alarm systems across various court facilities in Massachusetts.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive fire alarm services including:
- Regular inspections of fire alarm systems at specified locations.
- Testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Preventative maintenance to prolong the life and effectiveness of the systems.
- Emergency repairs as needed to address any malfunctions or failures.
- Inspections are required to be conducted quarterly at various court locations, with specific yearly totals outlined in the supplemental bid forms.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple court locations across Massachusetts including but not limited to Berkshire Superior Court, Chicopee District Court, and various other district courts throughout the state.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their proposals. Contractors must have NICET certified technicians or Massachusetts D Licensed technicians for performing work on fire alarm systems.
