Financial and Business Intelligence Reporting and Budgeting SaaS Solution

Background
North Shore Community College (NSCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to deploy a Financial and Business Intelligence Reporting and Budgeting SaaS Solution. The goal is to enhance budgeting and planning capabilities across the institution, with the potential for this contract to be utilized by other Massachusetts Public Institutions of Higher Education.

The College aims to leverage advanced business technologies for strategic planning and resource allocation.

Work Details
The contract will encompass the following services:

1. Provision of cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) software licenses;
2. Installation and configuration services;
3. Ongoing maintenance and support;
4. Comprehensive training and documentation.

Specific requirements include integration with Ellucian’s Banner Finance System, importing data from various sources including Excel spreadsheets, and providing robust reporting capabilities. The solution should facilitate long-range strategic planning, allow for custom reporting, and support multiple user roles with defined access levels. Training must be provided both on-site and remotely to ensure all end-users are proficient in utilizing the system.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will last for twelve (12) months from the effective date of signing. Following this period, the software licenses can be renewed for additional twelve-month terms as needed.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at North Shore Community College located at 1 Ferncroft Road, Danvers, MA 01923.
