Background
The Department of Mental Health Southeast Area is issuing a contract for flooring installation at a group home located at 739 Palmer Ave, Falmouth, MA. The goal of the contract is to enhance the living conditions within the facility by replacing old flooring materials with new, durable options suitable for a group home environment.

Work Details
The contractor must complete the work in phases, starting with the 2nd floor bedrooms followed by other areas after a one-week interval. The specific services to be provided include:

- Removal and disposal of old carpets and flooring materials.
- Installation of new Float type - Rigid Core Vinyl Plank flooring with an attached pad, including necessary floor transitions.
- Installation of new 3/4-inch quarter round trim to match existing molding.
- Installation of commercial-grade carpeting on the stairway and 2nd-floor hall.
