FAC115 Security Services FY26-FY28 Quincy Mental Health Center

Background
The Department of Mental Health Southeast Area is issuing a contract for security services at the Quincy Mental Health Center located at 460 Quincy Ave, Quincy, MA 02169. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its occupants through comprehensive security measures.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 24-hour security coverage, seven days a week, starting from August 1st, 2025, to June 30th, 2028. Responsibilities include:

- Performing regular building rounds as per established protocols.
- Locking and unlocking doors/gates according to a set schedule.
- Monitoring building alarm systems and notifying facility personnel as necessary.
- Reporting maintenance issues observed during shifts.

All security officers are required to complete company training and shadow another officer for at least two shifts before working independently. Additionally, officers must sign a DMH Confidentiality Acknowledgment Form prior to working on-site.
