Enterprise Resource and Portfolio Management Tool

Background
The University of Massachusetts (UMass) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide a project management and resource software tool or suite of tools. This initiative aims to enhance project management and resource planning at ForHealth Consulting, located at UMass Chan Medical School.

The Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST) in Shrewsbury, MA, is overseeing this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Work Details
The contractor will deliver a project management and resource software tool or suite of tools that meets the specifications outlined in Attachment G: Scope of Services/Work/Specifications. This includes providing a comprehensive solution that supports effective project management and resource allocation for the university's needs.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be performed over a specified period as defined in the proposal timeline. Proposals are due by October 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at ForHealth Consulting at UMass Chan Medical School, Worcester, MA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific prerequisites including submitting a signed Consent Declaration, Supplier Record Authorization, Certification of Non-Collusion (Attachment D), and Proposer Representation Form (Attachment F). Additionally, bidders are required to register on the UMass Supplier Portal and submit proposals electronically via the UMass BuyWays Portal.
