Emergency, Maintenance & Repair Services for HVAC Systems

Background
The Northborough-Southborough Regional School District is seeking bids for emergency, maintenance, and repair services for the HVAC systems at Algonquin Regional High School located at 79 Bartlett Street, Northborough, Massachusetts. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC systems to support the educational environment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide emergency services, maintenance, and repair for various HVAC systems including:

1. Air-Cooled Helical Rotary Water Chiller
2. Gas/Electric Rooftop Units
3. Heating and Ventilating Units
4. Make-up Air Systems
5. Pump Maintenance
6. Energy Recovery Ventilator Unit
7. Computer Room Ductless Split A/C Unit
8. Return Air Fan/Exhaust Fan
9. Refrigeration Systems (Walk-in Freezer and Cooler)
10. Scotsman Ice Machine (Model CME1056AS-32F)
11. Air-Cooled Condensing Units
12. Differential Pressure Module
13. Air Handling Units
14. Donaldson Dust Collector
15. Harsco P-K Thermific Gas Boiler (Model D-2000-2).

Maintenance includes inspections every six months with specific tasks outlined for spring and fall inspections such as checking electrical connections, replacing filters, lubricating motors, inspecting for leaks, and ensuring proper operation of all units.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a period of 30 months from January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.

The services will be performed at Algonquin Regional High School located at 79 Bartlett Street, Northborough, Massachusetts.
