DRM 2022-99E Transformer C Replacement at SBCC

Background
The Massachusetts Department of Correction is issuing this contract for the replacement of the transformer core and coil at the C Substation located at the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center.

Work Details

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be DCAMM certified in Electrical work. A bid deposit of 5% of the total bid amount is required. Bidders must also submit a current Certificate of Eligibility and a completed Update Statement from DCAMM.

Participation goals include a combined MBE/WBE participation goal with specific percentages: 15.3% minority workforce utilization and 6.9% women workforce utilization. Additionally, there is a benchmark for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (SDVOBE) participation set at 3%.
