DPW Expansion Project - Pre-Qualified Contractor List

Background
The Town of Foxborough, Massachusetts is seeking bids from pre-qualified general contractors and subcontractors for the DPW facility renovation and expansion project located at 70 Elm Street, Foxborough, MA 02035. The project is estimated to cost $14,000,000 and is subject to the approval of funds at the 2024 Annual Town Meeting. The project will consist of additions and renovations to the existing public works facility.

Work Details
The project includes sitework consisting of new pavement, utilities, stormwater improvements, site lighting and power; removal of existing underground fuel tanks and provision of a new above ground fuel system; new diesel generator; estimated 10,000 square feet of space to include additional vehicle maintenance and wash bays; and renovations and repairs to the existing building.
Filed Sub-Bid categories include masonry; miscellaneous metals; roofing and flashing; waterproofing, damp proofing, and caulking; painting; fire suppression; plumbing; HVAC; and electrical for the project.

Period of Performance
Bids shall be submitted electronically at www.Projectdog.com no later than Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm for File Sub-Bids and Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 2:00 pm for General Contractor Bids.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at 70 Elm Street, Foxborough, MA 02035.
