Background
The Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is issuing a solicitation for the renovation of the Thompson Hall Ventilation System at MCI Gardner in Gardner, MA.

The project aims to upgrade mechanical, electrical, and structural systems within an existing occupied correctional facility while ensuring that all essential services remain operational during construction.

- Painting
- Fire Protection

- Electrical.

The scope of work involves general building construction with a total estimated construction cost (E.C.C) of $8,531,622. The renovation must ensure that all means of egress, fire alarm systems, security cameras, and fire suppression systems remain fully operational throughout the duration of the project.

Period of Performance
The contract is scheduled for 540 calendar days to achieve substantial completion.
