Background
The Danvers Housing Authority is inviting sealed Bids for the Danvers Housing 10 Water Street, Site Improvements Project, EOHLC Project 071076. The project includes removal and replacement of Asphalt surfaces, full depth reconstruction, asphalt paving parking lot, parking lot striping, asphalt walkway reconstruction, installing new bollards, installing drainage pipe, manholes & catch basins, and any other work as shown on the drawings. The work is estimated to cost $250,000 and is subject to M.G.L. c.30 § 39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
Work Details
The project involves the removal and replacement of Asphalt surfaces including full depth reconstruction, asphalt paving parking lot, parking lot striping, asphalt walkway reconstruction, installing new bollards, installing drainage pipe, manholes & catch basins. Additionally, there is an alternate included for milling and overlaying the asphalt driveway & basketball court reconstruction.

The project will be performed at Danvers Housing 10 Water Street and possibly other locations as per the contract requirements.
