Custodial Services

Background
The University of Massachusetts (UMass) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide custodial services for the UML campus.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the campus facilities are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, supporting the university's mission of providing a conducive learning environment.

The procurement is managed by the Unified Procurement Services Team based in Shrewsbury, MA.

Work Details
The scope of work includes comprehensive custodial services as specified in Attachment G of the RFP document.

This encompasses daily cleaning tasks, periodic deep cleaning, waste management, restroom sanitation, and maintenance of cleanliness in common areas and offices across the UML campus.

Suppliers are expected to demonstrate their capability to meet these service requirements effectively and efficiently.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to cover a three-year term, with specific timelines for deliverables outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The custodial services will be performed at the University of Massachusetts Lowell campus.
