Contracted Cleaning And Light Maintenance Services

Background
The Town of Sudbury is seeking bids from experienced cleaning services contractors to provide cleaning services for various municipal buildings. The goal of this contract is to ensure cleanliness and maintenance across several key facilities including the DPW Office Building, Fire Department Headquarters, and Town Hall.

Work Details
The contractor will provide cleaning services for the following locations:
- DPW Office and Highway Building (275 Old Lancaster Road)
- Fire Headquarters (77 Hudson Road)
- Flynn Building (278 Old Sudbury Road)
- Goodnow Library (21 Concord Road)
- Town Hall (322 Concord Road)
- Police Station (75 Hudson Road).

Cleaning will be performed Monday through Sunday during specified hours set forth in the contract documents, excluding holidays. The contractor will supply custodial cleaning supplies and equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract period is for twelve months commencing on July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with options for renewal for each succeeding fiscal year term at the Town's discretion.

Place of Performance
The cleaning services will be performed at various locations in Sudbury, Massachusetts including the DPW Office Building, Fire Department Headquarters, Flynn Building, Goodnow Library, Town Hall, and Police Station.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have experience in providing cleaning services. A mandatory walkthrough of the buildings is scheduled prior to bidding. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Facilities Department.
