Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators (2026)

Background
The Holbrook Fire Department is seeking bids for the procurement of three 15 Lead Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators and related accessories. This initiative aims to enhance emergency medical services provided by the Town of Holbrook, ensuring that their fire department ambulances are equipped with modern, reliable cardiac monitoring and defibrillation technology. The contract will facilitate the purchase and installation of advanced medical equipment that meets stringent safety and operational standards.

Work Details
The contract includes the following deliverables:

A. Three (3) 15 Lead Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators with features including CPR Guidance, Post-Event Review, End-Tidal Carbon Monoxide Monitoring, Serum Pressure Oxygen Monitoring, Non-Invasive Blood Pressure Monitoring, Manufacturers Training, Warranty, and Accessories (including related accessory equipment such as cables and mounts).

B. Installation Services for the above items, which includes the removal of existing cardiac monitor mounts/equipment as necessary.

C. Related incidental services and training on the use and maintenance of the equipment. All equipment must be delivered, installed, and accepted by July 28, 2026.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by July 28, 2026.

Place of Performance
The delivery and installation will occur at Holbrook Fire Headquarters located at 300 South Franklin Street, Holbrook, MA or at a certified installation location within a 50-mile radius.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state regulations including providing proof of Worker's Compensation insurance at statutory limits. Bidders are required to submit a Non-Collusion Form, Tax Compliance Certificate, Bid Pricing Sheet, Bid Specifications Checklist, and ensure that all bids are executed via the COMMBUYS system. The vendor must also accept trade-ins for existing fire equipment being replaced.
