Atkinson Pool Project

Background
The Atkinson Pool Project is initiated by the Town of Sudbury, with architectural planning provided by Sorensen Partners | Architects + Planners, Inc. The project aims to enhance community recreational facilities through the construction and installation of a new swimming pool at 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.

Work Details
The contract includes furnishing and installing all items as specified in the drawings and specifications provided by Sorensen Partners. Key components of the project include:
- Tiling with an estimated cost of $215,748
- Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems with an estimated cost of $648,148
- Electrical work with an estimated cost of $60,781.
All bidders must be DCAMM Certified and are required to submit a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or CERTIFIED CHECK equal to 5% of the bid price.

Period of Performance
The bids for this project will be opened on April 16, 2025. The performance period is expected to commence upon award of the contract following the bid opening.
