Atkinson Pool Project

Background
The Atkinson Pool Project is initiated by the Town of Sudbury, with design specifications provided by Sorensen Partners | Architects + Planners, Inc.
The project aims to enhance community recreational facilities at the Atkinson Swimming Pool located at 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.

Work Details
The contract involves furnishing and installing all items as detailed in the drawings and specifications.
The estimated construction costs are as follows:
- Tiling: $550,547
- Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC): $674,843
- Electrical: $30,446
The total estimated construction cost for the project is $1,907,005.
All bidders must be DCAMM Certified and provide bid security of 5% of the bid price.

Period of Performance
The bids will be opened on January 29, 2025.
A performance bond and labor/materials bond are required to be equal to 100% of the total contract price.

The work will be performed at the Atkinson Swimming Pool located at 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
