Ap2503-C1 Term Mechanical Massport Facilities Worcester, Bedford And Framingham, Massachusetts

Background
The Massachusetts Port Authority is issuing this contract for the provision of mechanical services at its facilities located in Worcester, Bedford, and Framingham, Massachusetts. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems within these properties.

Work Details
The contractor will provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to remove, relocate, and install mechanical and plumbing components at Massport properties on an as-needed/on-call basis. Additionally, the contractor must service, maintain, and repair wastewater, stormwater, condensate, and other process pumps, motors, and controls from various equipment manufacturers for all Massachusetts Port Authority facilities.

The work includes:
- Removal of existing mechanical components
- Relocation of mechanical systems as required
- Installation of new or relocated mechanical components
- Maintenance and repair services for pumps and motors
- Provision of all necessary tools and testing equipment.

Period of Performance
The duration of this agreement shall be a twenty-four (24) month period beginning at the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at various Massachusetts Port Authority properties located in Worcester, Bedford, and Framingham.
