Background
The University of Massachusetts (UMass) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide services and products as defined in Attachment G - SCOPE OF SERVICES/WORK. The University aims to receive proposals from qualified suppliers capable of meeting the needs and objectives of this Request for Proposal. The specifications and requirements listed in this RFP are the minimum standards by which proposals will be judged. The University reserves the right to conduct 'multi-stage' event phases within each of its RFX events, inclusive of 'BAFO- Best and Final Offers' and 'Reverse Auctions' at its sole discretion.

Work Details
The specific scope of services/work, firm information, technical proposal, response instructions and terms, additional terms and conditions, insurance requirements, contractual terms and conditions of award, selection and notice, public records, certification of non-collusion, payment terms, and proposal conditions are detailed in the RFP.
The RFP also includes attachments such as Contract for Service, Tax Compliance, Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, Non-Collusion Form, Proposer Representation Form, Scope/Specifications/Requirements, Services Pricing Matrix (If Applicable), Item Pricing Matrix (If Applicable), Insurance Requirements (If Included & Requested), MSA template -SAMPLE.

Period of Performance
The official date and time for proposal submission is indicated in the Online Solicitation Portal. The University reserves the right to extend the deadline for supplier responses as it deems appropriate.
Awards shall be made to the proposer who the University deems responsive and responsible taking into consideration the reliability of the proposer, service qualities, conformity with specified requirements, and purposes required.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various UMass campuses including Amherst Campus, Boston Campus, Dartmouth Campus, Lowell Campus, President’s Office – Central Administration, Worcester Campus.
