Amenities Building - Electrical Update

Background
The Northborough Southborough Regional School District is seeking quotes to update the electrical systems of the Amenities Building located at Algonquin Regional High School, 79 Bartlett Street, Northborough, Massachusetts.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the electrical fixtures meet current code and functionality requirements. The project aligns with the district's commitment to providing safe and effective learning environments.

Work Details
The successful vendor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. Specific tasks include:
1. **Exterior Lighting:** Install and connect sixteen (16) exterior LED light fixtures and additional recessed outdoor site lighting.
2. **Interior Lighting:** Upgrade to LED light fixtures in various areas including:
- (2) public bathrooms - (10) fixtures
- Concession area - (10) fixtures
- Small interior bathroom - (1) fixture
- Electrical/Storage room - (8) fixtures
- Trainer Room - (1) fixture
3. **Heating Systems:** Replace four (4) 4KW 277V flush ceiling-mounted electric heaters and associated thermostats; replace four (4) 3KW 480V wall-mounted electric heater units; install one (1) new infrared heater in the back concession area (277 V/30 Amp).
4. **Electrical Outlets:** Install sixteen (16) 120V/20-amp separate circuits/Quad duplex outlets with surface-mounted EMT conduit in specified areas.
5. **Hand Dryers:** Install two (2) 208/277V surface-mounted Dyson Airblade dB hand dryers in public bathrooms.
6. **Exhaust Fan Replacement:** Replace existing exhaust fan with a new 120V ½ HP unit.
7. **Relocate Electrical for Hot Water Heater:** Adjust existing electrical connections as needed for compliance.

Period of Performance
The contract work must commence as soon as possible after award and be completed by March 15, 2025.

The work will be performed at the Amenities Building of Algonquin Regional High School, located at 79 Bartlett Street, Northborough, Massachusetts.
