Background
The City of North Adams is issuing this solicitation for the construction of six (6)-unit T-hangars at Harriman-and-West Airport. Work Details
The work includes site preparation, construction of a six (6)-unit pre-engineered metal T-hangar building, concrete foundation and slab, electrical service, site restoration, and incidental work.
Additionally, the replacement of the existing City hangars' metal roof is included as an additive alternate. All work must adhere to specifications outlined in the contract documents prepared by Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.
Period of Performance
Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
