Background
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals to lease space for the State Reclamation Board and Mosquito Control Board (SRMCB) in Bristol County.
The goal is to provide a facility that will support the Bristol County Mosquito Control Project, which conducts year-round Integrated Pest Management and mosquito control strategies to protect public health.

Work Details
The RFP seeks approximately 10,400 square feet of usable area for office, lab, garage, and pesticide storage space.
Proposals for spaces between 9,000 to 12,000 square feet will be considered.
The selected premises must accommodate various operational needs including:
- Office space for administrative functions
- Laboratory space for testing and research
- Garage facilities for vehicle storage
- Pesticide storage compliant with safety regulations.
Additionally, the landlord must provide improvements on a 'turnkey' basis as per the specifications outlined in the RFP, including compliance with building codes and accessibility standards.
Parking requirements include four general parking spaces, one accessible parking space, fifteen reserved spaces for authorized vehicles, and ten electric vehicle charging stations.

Period of Performance
The lease term is ten years with a target occupancy date of November 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The location for the leased premises must be in Attleboro or Taunton, Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate eligibility as defined in the RFP. This includes being the record owner or tenant of the proposed property or having a purchase-and-sale agreement if applicable.
