Background
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals to lease approximately 2,700 square feet of office/retail space for the Massachusetts Parole Board (PAR).

The goal is to establish a field office for Region 3, which will serve as an administrative hub for parole officers supervising parolees in the area. The agency prefers locations that are close to public transportation and considers street-level storefronts. The lease term is set for 10 years.

Work Details
The selected proposer will provide a contiguous block of approximately 2,700 square feet of usable area in Chelsea, Everett, Lynn, Malden, Medford, Peabody, Revere, Saugus, or Somerville.

The space must accommodate approximately four visitors per day and include necessary improvements as specified in the RFP. The landlord must also provide three parking spaces at no cost and six reserved parking spaces for authorized vehicles. Additionally, the proposal must include accessible parking compliant with Massachusetts Architectural Access Board regulations and electric vehicle charging stations. Landlord's improvements must be completed on a 'turnkey' basis according to the specifications outlined in the RFP.

Period of Performance
The lease term is for 10 years with a target occupancy date as soon as possible after the lease execution.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in one of the following locations: Chelsea, Everett, Lynn, Malden, Medford, Peabody, Revere, Saugus or Somerville.
